The theme of this European-Latin American Congress is:
Perinatality, Childhood and Family: how do we care?
The important congress is hosted by ASMI Spain in partnership with the Spanish-speaking Alliance for Perinatal and Family Mental Health Conecta Perinatal, and the World Association for Infant Mental Health. There will be 12 online symposia and numerous keynote presentations by leading international specialists in the field of perinatal, child and family mental health. Seven symposia will be held in Spanish, five symposia in English, French, German, Italian, Portuguese and Spanish.
The objective of this congress on “Perinatality, childhood and family: how do we care?” is to promote quality care for the mental health of mothers, fathers, and their babies from preconception onwards. The congress aims to facilitate meetings, scientific communication, interdisciplinary exchanges, and the development of regional, national, and international solidarity alliances between public and private social and health services and public or private entities defending the rights of families.
Congress participants will be drawn from those working in the field around the world, in Europe, Latin America and beyond.
